Beginnings

The Palace Hotel was established in 1909 and is located in Historic Downtown Salida alongside the banks of the Arkansas River, offering great lodging within footsteps of shopping, dining, hiking, biking, rafting and fly-fishing. The Palace Hotel was recently renovated and operated as a boutique hotel until the end of 2020.

A New Season

In December, 2020 all the units of the Palace Hotel were sold as individual condos. Prior to this, unit 305 was referred to as the Madonna Mine Suite. Named after the large silver mine that brought and employed many early residents of Salida. This large 2 bedroom suite has been completely remodeled and refurnished. The Luxe Suite at the Palace Hotel is the best place to enjoy a luxurious modern experience in a beautiful historic location.
